Warranty
HOOP BOUTIQUE offers a one (1) year warranty on all its products from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage when it is self-inflicted or due to normal wear and tear, loss of the product, loss of printing or theft.
The customer is obliged to check the products when they are delivered. If it appears that the product delivered is not the product ordered, or that the product is inadequate or incomplete, the customer must immediately notify HOOP BOUTIQUE by e-mail.
The goods must be returned to HOOP BOUTIQUE in their original packaging (including boxes and documentation).
If the buyer's complaints are accepted by HOOP BOUTIQUE, HOOP BOUTIQUE will give the customer the option to replace the delivered goods free of charge or to receive a refund.
The guarantee does not apply if:
- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals
- The purchaser has treated or repaired the jerseys supplied by you
- The supplied jerseys has been exposed to abnormal conditions or procedures contrary to HOOP BOUTIQUE's instructions.
